Shipping Policy
Customers can pick up their orders at the designated pickup hub as notified by the platform. If delivery service is required, the platform can assist in coordinating with a delivery provider. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs and must pay the delivery provider directly. The delivery will take place on the same day as when customers choose to pick up the products themselves at the designated pickup point or, at the latest, within the next day.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged. If the product is damaged, customers must report it to the platform staff at the pickup hub at the time of pickup.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for damaged products. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the damaged item.
