To support or purchase from Truly Organic farmers through our governance platform, simply place your order during the weekly purchase window, which is open from Wednesday to Sunday. The produce and/or products will then be available for your pickup at our Hub or delivered to your place on the following Tuesday. This schedule ensures that all produce and products are freshly harvested or prepared specifically for your order. Unlike conventional systems, we never stock items. Farmers harvest or produce only what is ordered, guaranteeing freshness and the highest quality.
